• Offer is valid on domestic flight made via SBI Credit Cards only except Corporate Card.
• To avail this offer, use promo code SBIYT16 at the time of payment via SBI credit card only.
• A minimum transaction amount of Rs. 5000 is required to be made with SBI credit card to avail the offer.
• A single SBI Credit Card can be used only once for domestic flight offer.
• This offer is valid on bookings made from 05 – 09 October, 2016.
• Discount will apply only if full purchase is made through SBI Credit Card.

1. This marketing program (“Program”) is from SBI Card & Payment Services Private Ltd. (“SBICPSL”) under an arrangement with Yatra (“Merchant”) and is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current SBI Credit Card (“Cardholder”) and to whom a communication is sent either by SBICPSL and/or Merchant.
2. The Validity of the Program (“Term”) is from 05 – 09 October, 2016 (both days included), unless extended by SBICPSL and the Merchant.
3. Under this Programme:
   • A Cardholder can avail an instant discount of Rs. 1000 on transaction at Yatra.com or Yatra Mobile App using SBI Credit card as below, during the term.

4. This Program is not applicable on SBI Corporate Card
5. Cashback also applicable on Emi transactions. 14% Rate of interest applicable on monthly reducing balance on EMI transactions.
6. The Discount under this Program shall be instant at the time of booking
7. Any query regarding this Program or the discount shall only be entertained till 09 Nov 2016. Post such date; SBICPSL will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from any cardholder.
8. Customers have to submit the promo code "YATRA10" in the promo code field on Yatra.com's payment page and necessarily use SBI Credit Card for the transaction. The amount of discount received will reflect at the next step on the website (Yatra.com).
9. Discount will not be valid on cancelled tickets/bookings or for charge back transactions. Yatra Online Private Limited reserves the right to reverse the discount in case the ticket/booking is found to be cancelled later.
10. This offer is not valid for travel agents. Yatra reserves the right to recover the discounted amount if such a case is brought or comes to Yatra notice.
11. This offer is valid only on online bookings made on Yatra's website (www.yatra.com) & App and the customer is required to mention the promo code for all bookings on the website & APP.
12. All tickets will be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard airline terms and conditions.
13. All standard Terms and Conditions (as amended from time to time) mentioned on Yatra website would apply. In case of third party services/products, customer's sole recourse against the third party services/products being provided by third party suppliers shall be with the concerned suppliers only, and shall be subject to said supplier's own terms and conditions.
14. This offer is not valid for split bookings where customer makes multiple bookings to avail multiple discounts. Yatra reserves the right to recover the discounted amount or cancel the booking if such a case is brought or comes to Yatra's notice.
15. All purchases made under the program shall be subject to applicable cancellation/date change rules. In case of a cancellation, Yatra shall reverse the discount and shall not provide additional discount to the customer.
16. SBICPSL does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the Program and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, delivery or after sales service of such products which shall be at the sole liability to Merchant.
17. All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc. that are being offered by the Merchant can be availed by the Cardholders over and above of this exclusive offer as mentioned in the communication.
18. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on our website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. SBICPSL shall under no circumstances be responsible towards the same.
19. Products offered under this Program are subject to availability from the respective participating outlets of Merchant and accordingly SBICPSL in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the products.
20. Under no circumstance will the offer/discount being offered under this Program be settled with cash in lieu by SBICPSL or by Merchant
21. All government levies such as sales tax, TDS, local taxes, octroi etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time the respective Programs were offered.
22. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by SBICPSL for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at New Delhi and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if at all, shall not constitute a claim against SBICPSL.
23. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Program and any participation is deemed to be voluntary.
24. SBICPSL reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this Program at any time at its own discretion.
