You can track the status of your SBI Credit Card application using the Track Application widget from the Home page or from the Eapply page i.e. Online Application page (Towards the bottom of the page):

  • Enter the Application no./ Reference no. that you would have received at the time of applying for a card.
  • Click on Track button to check the status of your SBI Card application

How to apply for an Add-on Credit Card?

  • You can apply for an Add-on card while applying online for your SBI Card.
  • Also, you can apply for an Add-on card by logging to your SBI Credit Card online account in 3 simple steps:
    • Login to your account on website or mobile app
    • Go to Services tab > Add-on Card
    • Fill the application form and submit the KYC documents
    • Your Add-on Card will be issued to you after necessary verification of the submitted KYC documents

How do I upgrade to a New Credit Card? Do I have to apply for it again?

  • You can upgrade to a new credit card only if you are eligible for it.
  • If you are eligible for the Card Upgrade offer, after logging in you will see a ‘Card Upgrade’ option under ‘Benefits’ section.
  • You will be shown recommended card which you can upgrade to. You will also be displayed the card details: features, benefits, fees, charges etc.
  • Follow the steps given in the Card Upgrade journey and submit the request to upgrade to a new card.
