    • Eligible Member who has received such EGV from Accentiv must activate this offer 6 Months from the date of issue.
    • Eligible Member will get 12 Month FITPASS Lite Membership from the date of activation.
    • The offer cannot be exchanged for cash. And cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount / promo available. EGV can be used once per user.
    • Activating under this offer will allow Eligible Members to avail their selected complimentary Membership through the FITPASS mobile application.     • A FITCOACH member must select a plan to initiate their recommendations available on the FITPASS Mobile Application.
    • FITPASS cobranded smartwatch delivery will be delivered within 30 working days from the date of voucher redemption. The Eligible Member is required to update their delivery address on the FITPASS App within 24 hours of redeeming such EGV / claiming such offer. Any Delay / Failure to complete the delivery address will delay the watch delivery.
    • The Eligible Member cannot assign, transfer or novate its rights, benefits, covenants and/or obligations under the Membership and terms and conditions of FITPASS. No person other than a registered Eligible Member has any rights under the general terms and conditions of FITPASS.
