Important Instructions
- The Reward Points accrued can only be redeemed by the Primary Cardholder, and not by an Additional Cardholder
- In order to redeem the points, SBI Card points needs to be transferred/converted to Landmark Rewards by reaching out to SBICPSL’s front end channels through either Mobile App, Website or Call Centre. In-store instant redemption is also available
- The Reward Points can only be redeemed in the multiples of 12
- Once the Reward Point transfer is successful, the customer can redeem the Landmark Rewards either through online redemption or in-store redemption at Lifestyle, Home Centre, Max and Spar stores
- The credit of Reward Points will be completed within 05 calendar days
Steps to use
- To redeem points, transfer the SBI Card points into Landmark Reward points by reaching out to either of SBICPSL’s Front end channel
- Redemption for Reward Point transfer is available through Mobile App, Website and Call Centre and instant redemption is available at Lifestyle, Home Centre, Max and spar stores
- Once the SBI card points are converted to Landmark Rewards, the redemption can happen either through online redemption or in store redemption.
- In case of In-store Redemption process, visit your nearest Lifestyle or Home Centre or Max or Spar store
Terms & Condition
- SBI Card Reward Points cannot be revalidated once expired
- The SBI Card Reward Points have a validity of 2 years from the date of issuance.
