Steps to use
- Customer to log onto www.urbanladder.com Select the product & add it into the cart.
- Fill in the required details and click on Save and Continue.
- Click on the arrow next to Redeem Gift Card. Enter the Gift Voucher code in the box provided and click Redeem Card. Pay remaining amount by card/cash if required.
Terms & Condition
- This is an Urban ladder Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) and would be accepted online at https://www.urbanladder.com and at listed outlets.
- The person who has the Urban ladder GV / GC Code is deemed to be the beneficiary.
- Do inform the cashier that you plan to use the GV / GC for making payments before billing.
- Only the listed Urban ladder outlets at its sole discretion accept the GV / GC. Urban ladder may add or remove an outlet without giving any prior notice.
- More than one GV / GC can be used in one bill.
- This is a ONE time use GV / GC.
- No Credit note / Refund for the unused amount of the GV / GC will be given.
